‘Aha’ Moments - Gamer Contest Calls for Student Video Submissions

5.20.09 | The competition calls on students to help “convince the world that digital games are not only cool, but that you can actually learn while playing them!”

The contest is accepting original YouTube videos in two categories:  “My ‘Aha’ Moment” and “My Dream Assignment.” First place winners will receive a notebook computer.  “People’s choice” winners will receive a new iPod Shuffle.

The contest is open to current students in the U.S., age 13 and older. Deadline for entries is May 31, 2009.  Winners will be announced in June at the Games+Learning+Society Conference 5.0 in Madison.
