Global Kids Offers Training for Educators on “Understanding Youth in the Digital Age”
4.1.10 | Global Kids will host a professional development training session for educators and youth workers on Thursday, April 15, at its center for global leadership in New York City. In this training, Global Kids promises to “introduce you to cutting edge approaches to thinking about the digital generation in terms of how they learn, the ethical issues they face, and what it all means for your ability to reach youth.”
Participants will learn how to formalize learning through digital media and how to support young people in ethical online decision-making – even if social networking spaces like Facebook are foreign to you.
