Description of Current Work:
I am broadly interested in the relationships among media, writing, literacy, and learning - and how epistemic games can help players develop in all of these areas. Currently, I am working on the Journalism.net project, exploring how journalism can mediate both students’ science literacy and their knowledge about real-world writing.
