As an educator, former school principal and researcher, I am invested in digital media and learning because of the tremendous potential it has in both enhancing learning and teaching us about learning itself.

Description of Current Work:
Besides serving as a member of the research team for Gamestar Mechanic, I run an education consulting group, designbydesign.org, that consults districts and schools on school and curriculum design. Both my research and consulting work is concerned with the design of immersive, systems-oriented learning environments.
